Last updated 8 months ago

This section is only relevant to users with global (aggregator) licenses and sub-licenses.

If you have a global license and sub-licenses, it is possible to collect a summary or "roll-up" KPI data from a sub-license to your global license.

Step 1: Create the exact same KPI in your sub-license(s) and your Global license

Navigate to your Settings > Manage Custom KPIs to create your KPI. View

Step 2: Link KPIs in your Global license

Once you have created identical KPIs in your sub-license(s) and in your Global license, navigate to the Settings > Manage Custom KPIs in your Global license.

  1. Click on "KPI Reporting Links". This is where you can link sub-license KPIs to your Global license KPI

  2. Click on the green "+ Add New" button

  3. In the "Create KPI Data Link" form, select the Global KPI you wish to link with the sub-license KPIs.

  4. In the field "KPIs linked to Global KPI", select the KPI from your sub-license(s) you wish to link to your Global KPI. The name of the sub-license will appear in parenthesis next to the KPI name ex. Volunteer hours (sub-license A)

  5. Click "Save"

  6. You will see a table showing your Global license linked to sub-license KPIs. To edit, click on the edit icon.

Step 3: Add the Global KPI to you E, S, or G Dashboard

After you linked your Global KPI to your sub-license(s) KPI, add the Global KPI to your E, S or G Dashboard. Once you've added your Global KPI to your Dashboard, you will be able to see the summation of data.
