Note, this section is only relevant to users who have a global license and sub-licenses.
In Brightest, you can have KPI data from your sub-license(s) roll up to your Global license to see the total summary across your entire organization. To do this, you will link your sub-license KPIs to a Global license KPI.
Create your cumulative KPIs in your sub-license. See instructions here.
Navigate to account Settings > Manage custom KPIs in your Global license.
In the "Custom KPIs" tab, click on "+Add Custom KPI" to create the same cumulative data KPI in your Global license that you have in your sub-license(s). Set the data type as "cumulative".
Click "save" and the KPI will be added to your Global license KPI library.
To link the newly created cumulative Global KPI to your sub-licenses, click on the tab "KPI Reporting Links". This is where you can link sub-license KPIs to Global license KPIs.
Click on "+Add New"
In the field "Global KPI" select the Global KPI you wish to collect or aggregate data from your sub-license KPIs.
In the field " KPIs linked to Global KPI" choose the sub-license KPI you wish to link to your Global KPI.
Click "save". You have now linked the sub-license(s) KPI(s) to your Global license KPI.
To edit or delete the KPI linking, click on the pencil symbol action to edit or the trash bin symbol to delete.
Note, you can link KPIs from multiple sub-licenses to one Global KPI. However, you can only link one unique sub-license KPI to one Global KPI.
Last step, add your linked Global KPI to your Global license E, S, or G Dashboard to view the "roll-up" or summary of data across your sub-license(s).
Navigate to your Dashboard.
In the E, S or G click on the tab "KPI".
Click on "+ Add KPI".
Select "Custom KPI" and click "Next".
Select your linked Global KPI from the dropdown menu. And click "save". Your linked Global KPI will be added to your Dashboard and you will be able to view and export the KPI data summary.
