The Social Module is where you centralize, track, and report on all your social data. View it through custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help you understand your performance.

Employees

Use the Employees tab to input and track workforce headcount data, including total employees, full-time, and part-time figures. To enter employee data using the Add Tool:
1) Click the "+ Add New" button.
2) Complete the Create Employees Form β

CSV Importer: To upload employee data in bulk, click on "CSV Import" to open the importer. Download the CSV template and fill it out with your data. Then drop & drag or upload the CSV template to the importer. Follow the data review steps before saving your data. Note: if you have a global license structure, you can view the number of employees by license (entity) in the bottom table. CSV Export: Use the CSV Export function to export your data in CSV format.
HR & EHS Metrics
The HR & EHS Metrics section includes multiple indicator fields:

Use the dropdown menu to select the desired indicator. (Note, we recommend entering "Workers by type" data before entering "Employee compensation data".)
Employees & Workers by Type
1) To enter data for "Workers by type", use the Add Tool.
2) Fill out the "Create Worker" form. Please provide either the total count of workers or a breakdown by employee and worker type for the given country and year β

CSV Import: Alternatively, use the CSV Importer to upload worker data for multiple countries at one time. Select the year and country. Then fill in the total number of employees and employee type for that country. Click "Save" to complete the data upload.
CSV Export: Use the CSV Export function to export your data in CSV format.
Employee Compensation
The Employee compensation indicator includes two subject matters:
Fair Pay & Wages
Collective Bargaining
Select the subject matter Fair pay & wages to enter employee compensation data by year and country.
1) To enter data, use the Add Tool or CSV Importer to enter your employee compensation data by country and year.
3) Complete the "Create Fair Pay & Compensation Data" Form β

CSV Export: Use the CSV Export function to export your data in CSV format.
Diversity
Use the diversity tab to add specific demographic data on your employees. 1) View the different categories from the dropdown menu and select the indicator you would like to enter data for.

2) Enter the relevant data and then click "Save". Note: For each indicator, the number of workers must be equal to or below the total number of workers entered on the "Workers by type" section. For a visual representation of your data, click on "Insights" (will only appear once data has been entered):

PNG Export: Use the PNG Export function to export your graphs and charts in PNG format.
CSV Export: Use the CSV Export function to export your data in CSV format.
Policies & Training
To include your company's policies, click on "Policies & Training". (Note: Policies can also be added on the Governance Dashboard)
1) View the different categories from the dropdown menu and select the indicator you would like to enter data for.

2) Enter new policies using the +Add New Tool. The form for each category is the same.

Insights
The Insights tab provides interactive visualizations of your social data across key areas. View charts and graphs for HR & Workforce, Health & Safety, and Diversity metrics for any year in which you've entered data. Use these insights to track trends, identify patterns, and monitor progress toward your social and workforce goals.
